I’m a licensed educator with a background in child psychology and a proven track record of driving academic growth, especially in early literacy and foundational math. With experience as a high-performing teacher, private tutor, and Assistant Principal, I specialize in K–3 education and designing data-driven interventions that close learning gaps quickly and effectively. I’ve supported hundreds of students across various school settings, combining research-backed strategies, diagnostic assessments, and family partnership to produce measurable results. My work blends instructional expertise, emotional intelligence, and culturally responsive teaching. Whether leading small group instruction or training educators, I’m passionate about building student confidence, equipping parents, and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College, with a concentration in Child Psychology and Abnormal & Neurodivergent Psychology and LGBTQ/Women & Gender Studies and Africana Studies. My academic background provides a strong foundation in cognitive development, behavior, and the unique learning needs of diverse children. I’m a licensed PreK–3rd grade educator with advanced training in culturally responsive teaching and leadership, developed through NYC Uncommon Charter Schools and IDEA Public Schools. I have led campus-wide DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and facilitated professional development to support equitable, trauma-informed education for all learners.
