For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of scholarly publishing, career development, and systems change. I helped transform MedEdPORTAL into a fully indexed, peer-reviewed journal and have built strategic programs that guide students and faculty from developing research skills to publishing, collaborating, and leading at national levels. My expertise lies in bridging research, policy, and practice to drive institutional and professional growth.
