For more than 30 years, as Founder/President of Healthcare Strategies, LLC, I have advised medical device and life science companies on reimbursement, market access, go-to-market strategies.  This consulting work is deeply hands-on, highly contextual, and rooted in CMS Policy, payer behavior, and hospital and innovators decision-making.  After graduating from Harvard Medical School's Executive Education Program in Global Healthcare Leadership in 2025, I founded Medilumina, LLC an Agentic AI-Powered Software Platform that automates and standardizes core analytical workflows-market landscapes, reimbursement feasibility assessments, ROI model development, and payer decision intelligence -so go-to-market decisions can be made earlier, faster, and with greater consistency.
