I’m a dedicated healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience guiding clinical teams and streamlining administrative systems. Previously serving as Practice Manager at Saint Agnes Medical Foundation, I’ve progressed from hands-on clinical roles to strategic oversight, managing physician coordination, onboarding, payroll, and patient assignment with precision and empathy. My passion for financial literacy and structured decision-making drives both my professional strategies and academic pursuits—I’m on track to complete my Bachelor of Science in Business Management this October. I thrive in environments where I can apply theory to practice, support collaborative learning, and lead with emotional intelligence, especially under pressure. Whether optimizing workflows or mentoring peers, I bring a thoughtful, analytical approach to every challenge I take on.

I’ve built a career in healthcare operations, progressing from Clinical Assistant to Practice Manager at Saint Agnes Medical Foundation. Over the years, I’ve led physician coordination, staff onboarding, payroll, and patient assignment across multiple clinical settings, always with a focus on efficiency, empathy, and team cohesion. 

I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of the People, with graduation expected in October 2025.I also hold an Associate Degree in Health Care Administration from SJVC and a Business Management Certificate from Fresno City College, both of which laid the foundation for my operational expertise and ability to bridge clinical workflows with business strategy.
