I'm an HR Generalist & I'm also a Virtual Assistant. I handle data entries, create reports & documents, research, special projects, special events, and of course anything HR related. I do full cycle onboarding, training & benefits management. I am also a personal assistant. My availability is weekdays, after 5p and weekends.
Experience
I currently work for a nonprofit group in Human Resources. I manage talent sourcing, training, onboarding, benefits, investigations and FMLA.I have also handled employee discipline, performance reviews and assist in creating policies.
Education
I attended San Diego State University with a Liberal Studies degree for teaching. I am currently studying for my SHRM certification. I am also well versed in CA employment law.
