About Sammi Hamzat:

I am a MBA graduate from Louisiana State University Shreveport who specialized in Project Management. During my period of studying in graduate school, I came across my great desire for business development. As a business development representative/manager, I have great passion for seeking new business opportunities and doing such by market research and strategic planning. This is done by cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners. By doing such, I assist in ensuring the expansion of markets and revenue growth.

Experience

With over 5 years of experience in various roles, I have developed a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for the customers. I have successfully implemented and managed strategies to improve customer satisfaction, developed and refined customer journey maps, led and motivated cross-functional teams, and utilized data analytics tools to monitor and analyze customer service metrics. I have also gained valuable experience in the beauty and fashion industry, managing the end-to-end commercialization process of new products for Victoria's Secret and PINK brands. 
 

Education

I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Western Illinois University and graduated with my MBA at LSU Shreveport with a focus on project management.
