     Role – Station Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Creating and leading teams of 10+ associates with a high-performance culture to meet daily objectives of processing an average of over 4 thousand units per hour.
• Reviewing operational forecast and efficiently staffing sort and batching operations while ensuring a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers.
• Motivating hourly paid associates to demonstrate levels of ownership and accountability.
• Optimizing team productivity and efficiency, employee performance management and engagements.
• Providing coaching and mentorship to drive achievement of individual and team performance goals.
• Assisting delivery service providers with all issues and setting new delivery drivers up for success.
• Demonstrating effective communication and maintaining composure in critical situations.

     Role – Learning Ambassador – Responsibilities:  

• Organizing onboarding events where newly hired staff are integrated into the organization. 
• Welcoming batches of new hires into the site, explaining rules and policies, answering questions, and providing coaching and mentorship to associates in relation to their path.
• Performing daily audits on new hires to check their progress and suggesting areas of improvement and setting them up for success.
