I’m a skilled facilitator trained in interactive dialogue and conflict mediation techniques, particularly across a variety of constituencies and stakeholder groups. I have a political ecology background with a focus in sustainable urban development.  I am highly adept at working within systems and have the ability to think outside of them.  Additionally, I am a proven leader and team builder with exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills.

• Oversee partnership and client expansion, along with training new guides, community relations, tour health, and marketing to ensure the standards of the company are upheld. 
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and terminations for a team of 50 tour guides in eight cities. 
• Design tours and tour guide training curriculums to increase cultural competency and historical awareness of tour participants to preserve health of small, independently owned community businesses.
