Samantha Phillips

I am a recent graduated student with my Masters in Conflict Resolution Studies at Pennsylvania Western University at California, PA, with a Bachelors in Psychology. I have worked with the university since January 2021 until December 2024 in various positions, improving my customer service skills with residents on campus, to parents, and to various vendors/partners. I am efficient with communication and adaptable to new environments after learning the area, able to be knowledgable in various areas.

• Community Assistant in Residence Life, Pennsylvania Western University, January 2021-May 2024: worked with residents and assisted them in areas of need, programming, and facilities management.
• Summer Event Services Assistant & Graduate Assistant, Pennsylvania Western University, May 2021-August 2024: assisted summer camps in check in/out in the halls, facilities management, event assistance, office assistance, and social media management.
• Student Center Operations Assistant & Graduate Assistant, Pennsylvania Western University, August 2021-May 2024: Assisted students with the needed information around campus, building rounds and facilities management, building events services, phone services, and office assistance.
• Wellness Services Graduate Assistant, Pennsylvania Western University, August 2024-December 2024: Office assistance in wellness office for students along with events management and social media management.
• Student Conduct Intern, Pennsylvania Western University, August 2024-December 2024: Interned for Associate Dean of Students, being of assistance in student case management, student conduct program creation, meeting sit-in’s, and office assistance.

Graduated May 2023 with Bachelor of Science In Psychology; Completed Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Student Affairs August 2024; Graduated with Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution Studies December 2024.
