As a Project Management Professional (PMP) holding a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a Master Certificate in Project Management serving Manager and Director level positions for over 25 years. • Senior Project Manager for the Naval Training Simulators (NTS), worked with Senior Management, Engineering, vendors, and Procurement, I developed a risk assessment model that calculates schedule, management reserves, and Project [success] Confidence.
• DMO Project Manager supporting RS Engineering Design subdivisions for Design and Drafting projects for on-time deliverables.
• As one of only 3 people out of 350+ people within IT familiar with MS Excel back-end programing (VBA), volunteered to assist Information Assurance (IA) in developing an Excel-based Security Authorization Package (SAP) and Cloud-based SAP (CSAP) for Information Assurance (IA). These applications are used by functional areas such as naval shipyards that do not have access to similar NNL-sponsored IA software tools.
• Co-developed the NNL Project Manager Agile Tracking tool which allows software development teams to continually monitor their development velocity.
• Established PMO for a facilities monitoring company specializing in data center automated proactive maintenance.  Consistently averaged 96% of project goals by improving project team’s ability to meet or exceed project and organizational objectives.
