My work history in England was retail management and visual creative. Customer service is my passion and also training and development my teams. Since the pandemic I have explored hospitality especially since moving to Vegas. Both professions expect customer experiences to be exceeded which comes naturally to me, as I enjoy giving the customer the best experience.
