Samantha De Palo

I am an innovative learning and development professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering impactful, data-driven training programs for diverse learners. I’ve led scalable professional development initiatives across 20+ states across multiple English and Spanish speaking countries, developed and launched engaging eLearning content, and facilitated training for groups ranging from small leadership teams to 500-person national audiences. As a strategic leader, I’ve driven 100% growth in program engagement through tech-forward learning solutions and cross-functional collaboration. My expertise in neurodiversity, executive function, and adult learning theory allows me to craft inclusive, high-impact content that drives behavior change and improves performance. I’m passionate about transforming complex concepts into accessible, measurable learning experiences—and I’m excited to bring that mindset to corporate L&D at scale.

I hold a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) in Secondary Mathematics, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and Spanish Linguistics. This interdisciplinary academic background allows me to approach learning design from multiple perspectives—analytical, linguistic, and cultural—enabling me to teach and communicate a wide range of complex content with clarity and adaptability. I’m also a former Fulbright Scholar and Teach For America alum, experiences that shaped my commitment to equity, engagement, and results-driven instruction.

I bring deep specialization in neurodiversity and adult learning, holding a postgraduate certificate in Neurodiversity with a specialization in Executive Function from Landmark College, where I focused on leveraging cognitive diversity and teaching to diverse brains. I’ve also completed dyslexia therapy and Science of Reading training, and I hold certification in Emotional Intelligence instruction through the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. These experiences inform my ability to design inclusive, brain-based learning solutions that empower adult learners in dynamic corporate environments.
