Research Assistant for Singer Lab @ Georgia Tech, Aug 2022 - Dec 2022:

We observed how sensory flicker methods can contribute to resilience to pathology caused by stress and Alzheimer’s Disease. I lead the development of the data analysis pipeline in MATLAB and the real time behavioral analysis using Noldus Ethovision.

Volunteer at Palo Alto Medical Foundation (Urgent Care) in Mountain View, CA, Aug 2018 - Feb 2020:

I assisted the nursing staff as needed with patients, lab specimen, and medical equipment inventory. I also assisted with routine and uncommon cases.

Shadow at Nalam Hospital in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India, Jun 2015 - Aug 2018:

I shadowed Dr. B. SenthilvelKumar and learned about the techniques used in the operation theater. I observed patient care, medical processes, and multiple surgeries in an interactive manner. I assisted with the intake of outpatients at the urgent care and attended lectures by medical professionals at the Tiruchirappalli College of Medicine. In addition, I shadowed OB-GYN Dr. S. Poongothai and anesthetist Dr. Suresh, which helped me learn about C-Sections and the field of anesthesia.
