Sadie Van Wie

I am passionate about making stuff! I have been designing professionally for over 8 years. My skills include 2D, 3D, and Motion Design. I have experience in print design, web design, production design, illustration, frame animation, and more.

I love bringing ideas to life and am always looking for more opportunities to use my skills to help small businesses, friends with design needs, and other creative people with cool ideas.

I have worked in freelance creative design/direction for over 8 years, collaborating with people and businesses to bring their ideas to life, whether this is logo designs, website designs, animated hype videos, or even on-set production design.

I also have worked at multiple creative agencies, both on small boutique teams as well as full service agencies. I also have experience working in-house design for small companies, helping to align their branding and design client-facing materials. 

I graduated from Miami University with a major in Emerging Technology in Business and Design, with a focus on Digital Art. Through this major I took classes in relevant design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as 3D modeling software like Blender and Maya. I also took classes in UI/UX research, HTML and CSS, and social media marketing. I also spent multiple semesters interning at real companies, getting to practice and hone my skills in real world settings.
