During my time as a VOE I worked mostly as a bank teller in the bank. This included a lot of customer service and attentiveness to what customers said.

CRAs do a lot in assisting residents with daily living. This varies from helping residents eat, walk, go to the bathroom, ensuring they are not in any danger, and anything they need.

• Assisting in Daily Living Activities of residents
• Communicating important details to colleagues, without which could cause resident injury
