At Papa Johns, I progressed to Assistant General Manager where I trained staff, ensured operational compliance, and managed key performance indicators. Transitioning to healthcare, I served as a Medical Assistant providing direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, EKGs, and administrative tasks like scheduling and EHR management. Most recently, at United Healthcare, I excelled as a Senior Customer Service Representative, processing diverse medical claims, managing data, resolving operational needs, and proactively addressing social determinants of health for patients.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University (2023-2024). Prior to that, I earned two Associate of Arts degrees from Grossmont College (2020-2024), one in Social & Behavioral Science and another specifically in Psychology. I have pursued a focused academic path in psychology with the intent to continue into higher education and eventually medical school.
