I have over 10 years of experience in the call center and customer service area. I would love to have more face-to-face interactions with customers. I am a fast hands-on learner, and I am open to learning new skills and assisting in other areas if needed. I like to have a positive outlook on things and believe that your positive energy can rub off on others who need to smile. Great customer service is something that clients and visitors will remember and will enjoy returning. 

I have experience in call centers, inbound and outbound calls. I have worked the front desk checking in patients and verifying insurance benefits. I have worked in dispatch; I would dispatch work orders. I have data entry experience. I have supervised a location where I would open and close, bank deposits, check in patients, confirm and schedule appointments while maintain a clean office and providing excellent customer service.  

I have my GED. I would like to go back to school to get a degree in business management.
