Act as liaison to foster seamless communication between Accounts Receivable & Collections Department and diverse client base comprising over 50 entities. Provide comprehensive financial, administrative, and client support to team of 10 professionals, including executive directors and partners. Collaborate with marketing team to keep clients updated on new initiatives and regularly coordinate next steps to drive business growth. • Recognize idolectic trends in over 145 school shooters using US national open data set; develop risk model based on findings to mitigate mass violence acts and provide recommendations to school districts.

• Delivered crisis counseling to patients in emergency departments including: criminal justice advocacy; claim assistance through NYS Office of Victims Services; shelter placement and safety planning.
