The knowledge of being a cybersecurity engineer provides a lot of opportunities in the growing technological world of cybersecurity. Some of the jobs I have in mind are security analyst, security engineer, penetration tester, incident responder, and even CISO. All of them have specific tasks that help organizations prevent cyber threats. Cybersecurity has a great future ahead due to the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the rise in cloud security, and cybersecurity becoming a crucial necessity. Personally, I want to remain abreast of these innovations and keep updating myself and acquiring knowledge as I endeavor to make my contribution to the field. In the professional capacity of cybersecurity, I am quite interested in jobs that entail getting as close to the threats as possible to mitigate them, as well as jobs like Security Analyst or Incident Responder. Such opportunities let me remain on the front and fight against threats to the maximum degree, applying the corresponding approach before they cause critical harm. Also, I would like to work in the ethical hacking/penetration testing domain, where this talent can be used for the detection of threats and the improvement of security policies. In the future, my goal is to get more managerial positions, such as CISO, where I will be able to cooperate and develop holistic programs for protecting organizations. I’m hoping to be part of the team that creates new and unique security inventions to prevent new forms of cyber threats and make the internet space safer for every user. I completed my Bachelor’s in Information and Cybersecurity with an outstanding 3.9 GPA. I was honored by Collin College with a Certificate of Excellence. Additionally, I have earned multiple other honors.
