I have worked in customer service for over 7 years. I am passionate about getting to know others as well as assisting both customers and coworkers with their needs. Currently I am a market team member at the East Bank Club. I greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, answering questions about items, and providing recommendations. I stay informed about the store’s products, including ingredients, nutritional information, and seasonal offerings to effectively assist customers. I also listen to customer concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary to enhance customer satisfaction. Outside of work, I am very passionate about film. I love to go to the movies and even write my own screenplays.
