  • I have worked in a professional setting for 22 years. I started at 18 as a Union Stagehand doing electrical work. 

Moved on to renovation work in my 30's. Homes and Gardens.

 5 years ago I  realized my heart is with food and I wanted to be involved in some aspect of it. I then became a Cheese Monger in NYC. Now looking to venture to a new career in food safety and quality assurance.
