Ryan Kim

I am a Cornell University Junior majoring in Hotel Administration with a career aspiration in Real Estate Industry. 

I attained diverse internship experiences as I worked in a private equity firm, a consulting firm, and a property management firm. Most of my job experiences involved working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, organizing and analyzing financial statements, and conducting market research on various industries. 

As a Hotel Administration major, I was required to take many classes related to finance and real estate. I recently gained a career aspiration in the real estate industry, so I'm also pursuing a real estate minor. To further strengthen my finance background, I'm also in preparation for the CFA Level 1 exam. I believe I maintained a good academic track record as my current GPA is 3.8 and I am on track to graduate with a Magne Cum Laude award.
