Ryan Broushet

My name is Ryan Broushet. As a former youth pastor and youth ministry worker, I have twelve years of experience working with pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults though I’m only 29. I believe in the power of relationships, and the potential to have personal impact on kids, their parents and staff, excites me most when it comes to teaching English. 

As an African American, I’ve had a keen eye towards learning about and learning from other cultures, including my own. And growing up, I’ve always been fascinated and thankful for Japanese culture. I am looking to open up my horizons and immerse myself in a new culture with respect and open hands. I am currently learning Japanese, and I believe I could be an effective and personable member of your team.

• Developing sermons series,curricuilm, liturgical practice, small group content, and programs with High school students. Teaching

primarily Bible & Theology. Equipped students to engage current cultural realities. Collaborating with other Pastors and

Members to establish goals and objectives for spiritual formation and partnership with parents in our ministry. Scheduling

special events such as camps, conferences, meetings, seminars, and retreats. Training and developing volunteer staff leaders

seeking to disciple students more intently. Partnering with Parents to ensure care and counseling is provided for families and

their teenagers. Equipping and encouraging volunteer staff to minister to teenagers and each other. Identified and recruied

potential volunteer workers. Developing sermons series, small groups leaders, and programs with middle school students to

equip them for living the way of Jesus. Collaborating with other ministry members to establish goals and objectives for spiritual

absences. Helping administrative staff with behavioral intervension and events concerning the school and it's campus. Phone
