About Ruthsel Reyes-Vega:

I am passionate about educating others, developing leaders, and helping to foster healthy environments for individuals to grow in. I have 20+ years experience working with youth in different capacities. I have supervised, trained, and mentored staff and have had several roles in a variety of academic spaces. Having my masters in leadership, bachelors in theology, and bachelors in criminal justice has provided me with a myriad of opportunities over the years.

  • 10 years working with “At-Risk” youth as a counselor, group facilitator, itinerant speaker, and supervisor. 
     
  • 5+ years working with individuals experiencing homelessness as a life coach and program director. 
     
  • 5+ years teaching Bible (theology) both Online and in-person. 
     
  • Mentored teachers and small group leaders on classroom management, relationship building, progressive discipline and group facilitation.
