Background includes child welfare, court-involved populations, and behavioral health case management, with strong skills in psychosocial assessment, service planning, and court documentation. Former supervisory experience overseeing assessment quality, training staff, and coordinating services across systems. Currently completing a PhD in Criminal Justice, with a strong focus on trauma-informed practice and behavioral health systems.
Education
Currently completing a Doctorate in Criminal Justice with a focus on trauma-informed practice and behavioral health systems. Hold a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, with advanced training in psychosocial assessment, DSM-5 application, and work with court-involved and behavioral health populations. Academic background strongly supports applied behavioral health, group facilitation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
