• Established a Deal Desk and governance process providing C-Suite the financial insights for complex contracts.  
• Designed and oversaw education initiatives for Workday, Salesforce, Project Management and Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), ensuring organizational adherence to financial and operational best practices.
