I am cautiously optimistic about re-entering the workforce, hoping to find a role that fits with my previous experience as a program assistant as well as allowing opportunities for growth. I am a team player and also able to work well independently. I am well organized, a quick learner, and enjoy not only taking on new tasks but also looking at current processes and examining how to improve them. My goal is to find a team with a solid balance of collaboration and empathy. 

• Office of Undergraduate Education, Advising Initiatives & Special Scholarships - University of Minnesota - Twin Cities (August 2019 - June 2025)

Over the past six years, I worked as a program assistant on the smallest, mightiest team at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus. The team was two folks, myself and my supervisor. In my role, I worked across disciplines within the University--scholarships, advising, purchasing and budgeting, event planning/set up, collaborating with staff for trainings and events, and more! While I worked most closely with my supervisor, we were housed in an office suite with other folks and our department was also under a larger department, so we collaborated with many others and were around our office friends much of the time!
