With a diverse background in healthcare staffing, I bring 8+ years of experience in innovative sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment. Most recently, I served as the Candidate Sourcing Manager at VitalSolution, where I transitioned the sourcing division from a basic data entry team into a lead generation engine to support internal hiring goals within the national cardiology service line provider and physician-led group. I have successfully sourced and recruited for many hospital-based specialties and contract types, with a recent focus on cardiology and anesthesiology subspecialties.
