Robin Allen

Robin Allen started her career as a Recruiting Coordinator for an American Lawyer top 100 firm in Dallas where she was part of the firm’s 2L recruiting program.  During this time, she also earned her Paralegal Certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute, an ABA-accredited school.  After working for several years as a Paralegal for a global fashion and accessories retailer, Robin was asked to help start the legal staffing division of a global consulting firm in Dallas where she met with immediate success, winning the firm’s Rookie of the Year award.

Robin enjoyed combining her knowledge of the legal profession with her desire to help others fulfill their career goals, so she decided to open her staffing and career consulting business, National Legal Staffing, LLC in 2001.  National Legal Staffing, LLC helps all professionals within the legal field, including Administrators, Accounting, Attorneys, Finance, Information Technology, Paralegals, and Secretaries.  Placements include direct hire, as well as contract positions. Since founding National Legal Staffing, Robin has helped over 500 legal professionals identify long-term strategies in order to take the right next step in meeting their career objectives.
