Roberta Dunham

I have been working in healthcare for over 30 years.  I have worked in several ER's and Urgent cares as a Tech, I have worked in behavior health as a tech, I am a certified medical assistant, I work closely with Membership services.  I have earned a Rose Award at Kaiser Permanente in 2020.  I love helping both patients and staff.  I am in school, halfway through my bachelor's degree in healthcare management and will do my Masters in Behavior Health or Nursing.  I am a Lead UBT member, Lead Safety committee member, Lead LWBW for my current job.  I love solving problems and helping my teams work together for good outcomes

I have worked multiple rules over the years:  I currently work at Fort Belvoir hospital in the ER as a tech, I currently work at Kaiser Permanente as an Administrative Assistant, and I also work PRN at Sentara urgent care as a tech.  I have worked in Behavior health, Pediatric ICU/IMC, Pediatric Cardiology and Hematology, I have worked with assisting Membership services, I have worked as a assistant office manager/office coordinator over multiple locations.  I lead many committees within the healthcare services.  

I have an Associate Degree in Specialized medicine (certified medical assistant) 

I have an Associate degree in healthcare management

I am ½ through my Bachelor's degree in healthcare management

I will be working on my Master's degree in either Behavior Health or Social work once finished with my Bachelor's degree.
