My lifelong obsession with health, biohacking, and longevity has led me to explore the cutting edge of wellness—peptides, stem cells, and advanced recovery therapies. I’m fascinated by how the body and mind work together and dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential through optimized health, mindset, and disciplined living.

With over 21 years of experience as a fitness coach and group training instructor, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people transform their bodies, strengthen their minds, and elevate their lives. My background blends functional training, mindset coaching, and leadership development, allowing me to connect deeply with clients and inspire sustainable change. Now retired from day-to-day fitness coaching, my focus has shifted toward human optimization—integrating biohacking, peptides, stem cell therapies, and advanced wellness practices to help high performers reach their full potential.

Most recently, I completed Jocko Willink’s Extreme Ownership Online Certification, a leadership training program based on the principles of accountability, discipline, and effective communication under pressure. This certification strengthened my ability to lead, coach, and empower others through a mindset of ownership and teamwork.
