Services offered

For more than forty years, I've always been developing a highly effective portfolio of sales and automation tools designed to harness the potential of government procurement. These tools have been improved bid by bid, order by order, and have an immediate impact on my clients' government revenue.

I help businesses navigate the largest, most fragmented, most complex, most competitive market in the world, the U.S. Public Sector and Federal governments. I do all the work for clients. From identification of opportunity to proposal generation to winning new contracts, I provide complete sales fulfillment.

Approximate rate: USD$ 100 per hour

Experience

My selling strategy modernizes the government sales process, consistently producing double-digit growth across multiple industries. Repeatedly, year after year.

Automation tools are used extensively in creating buyer awareness of your
company and its products. They are very effective in business development and managing monthly marketing campaigns.

Selling to the Government
I bring to the table years of contracting experience and the most comprehensive collection of government procurement resources in the business. My portfolio of strategies and selling tools produce results at a level of certainty you can rely upon.

Winning Contracts Funded by the Infrastructure Bill
A $1.2 Trillion dollar investment in America's infrastructure and competitiveness. Prime Contractors must have at least 35% subcontractor participation. I register clients as a subcontractor with all of the Top 250 Primes and start winning contracts within 30-days.

Identifying Relevant Buyers
The buyers who matter most are those who buy your products. I maintain a database of 60,000 unique Federal and Public Sector buyer contacts. The database is updated daily and captures a buyer's prior day purchase activity. This allows me to cross-reference a client's Business Line against the database.

Matching records represent the most relevant, accurate list of buyers who have historically purchased your products in the last 12-months. I offer this valuable sales asset at no charge to my clients.

Creating Buyer Awareness
All clients are provided a list of every government buyer in the country who purchased their Business Line over the past year. The very first task I complete is introducing my clients to that highly targeted list of buyers. It's the first step in creating buyer awareness.

Sustained Market Awareness
I have achieved nearly 95% market coverage of all government procurement activity in the United States, including everything related to my clients' products as well. This is key to sustaining market awareness.

  • Improving contract win rates with better, more effective proposals.
  • Data sourced from highest value procurement content for sales pipelines.
