When I was 10 years old I loved working with computers. Then when I was 15, I learned to troubleshoot and build my computer all on my own. Now, more than 20 years of learning, and working, in the world of computer technologies is not only my job but also, my greatest joy.

Over twenty years dedicated as a Technician Support Specialist with experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing sophisticated computer systems and troubleshooting complex networks. Obtaining the skill to ensure seamless hardware integration and maximum system uptime, underlined by a history of reducing response time and enhancing user support.
