I'm seeking a position in Information Technology; I have 12 years of professional experience in the field while being SEC+ certified. Established skills: configuring Windows server backups, restorations, patching and recovery of workstations/servers, advanced troubleshooting with hardware, operating systems, and application software. I have 3 years of experience with patching remediation of SQL servers. 5 years of experience in monitoring servers and network components within a Citrix environment. 11 years of Microsoft expertise, account auditing, and creation using Active Directory with an international scope. I have accrued 2 years of experience as a Citrix support engineer for SPAWAR. I am highly motivated and very driven to accomplish the task at hand.
