I have spent many years as a young man providing excellent customer service to people with the ability to respectfully communicate clearly even under the most difficult of scenarios. Whether it be making sandwiches for someone, being a customer service rep for Verizon, a diesel mechanic in the army, or working as a concrete foreman I have the ability to clearly communicate in completely miserable and hard to hear conditions. I am currently learning digital marketing skills and have began selling digital products as an affiliate marketer as well. So while my experience may be fairly small I do know that I can become an expert on whatever it is I’m selling and as long as I can offer my expertise as a solution to the person and they have a problem to be solved that a sale will inevitable. I have a passion for helping people solve their problems and to help them grow.

Although I don’t have a certificate or degree, I have spent the last year learning the ins and outs of digital marketing at the Six Figure Mentors and I understand building a relationship with customers and learning about them so that I can appropriately bridge my service while meeting their needs. I have some college credits from Barstow Community College-2012 that I achieved during my time in the army in Leadership and Management and English. I feel that I at the very least now how to communicate effectively. I have provided food service as cook and sandwich artist as well that I feel is relevant education when it comes to communicating and providing a service. I worked in a Verizon call center for some time as well in which every call you get the customer generally is not happy so I have knowledge in calming and diffusing situations.
