As a Senior Procurement Operations Manager at Clark Associates, I lead the vendor strategy and operation for the Beverage and Novelty department, where I drive high-level planning, strategic oversight and relationship management to maximize performance and value. I define and own KPI frameworks across inventory and vendor strategy, consistently surpassing targets  (top KPIs include balancing Inventory Ready to Ship % and Days on Hand). I also identify inefficiencies and reduce bottlenecks in inventory control, logistics, and profitability to allow the processes to reach full potential and to scale with the business. Another major part of my role is building and empowering top tier talent of analysts through senior analysts, while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, transparent communication and cross-functional collaboration. I bring 8 years of experience to the table, with starting out as a Procurement Analyst and growing over time into various roles that led me to where I am today. I am most passionate about inventory management and finding creative ways to scale processes to continue to build for a better tomorrow. I am successful in these areas due to my work ethic, resilience, strong time management skills and attention to detail. 

In my spare time I enjoy cooking, hiking, traveling and trying new restaurants or coffee shops!

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Millersville University with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics with options in Statistics and Applied Mathematics.
