I bring over 18 years of HR leadership experience at SLR International Corporation, a global environmental consulting firm, where I served as HR Manager, Talent & Organizational Development Manager, and Global Wellbeing Manager. In these roles, I led initiatives that strengthened organizational culture, advanced employee development, and enhanced global wellbeing programs. My work included designing recognition frameworks, implementing engagement strategies, and aligning HR operations with business objectives across diverse teams.
