1.Google and SEO Analyst/Sales Logical Position-Portland, OR November 2023 to December 2024 B2B sales. 

Selling digital marketing management services over the phone, and in Zoom meetings, to prospective businesses. Making 40 to 50 calls per day (20-30 cold calls). Analyze and diagnose a business's goals/challenges with digital marketing by completing a Performance Audit. Assess profitability with each platform and channel of marketing. Includes Google Ads, SEO, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta ads, and Email Marketing. Audit digital marketing accounts and results and sell the appropriate services that help businesses grow and scale. Determine proper budget amounts based on goals and profit margins. Certified Google Ads Specialist. 

• 4 months ahead of Sales Quota - sold over $24K in plans. 

• Led the entire company in call volume (1,100+) in January 2024. 

• Linked 42 business digital marketing accounts and analyzed performances. 

• Made over 9,000 calls since November 2023. 

2. Brand Ambassador/Marketer ShelfGenie-Cleveland, OH December 2021 to November 2023 

Presented company products at events, home and garden shows, fairs/festivals and business expos. Directly engaged with the venue attendees about interest in glide out shelving and drawers. Answered questions & stimulated interest in services & products. Closed for prospect’s contact information and set appointment date and time for estimate with Designers. 

• Consistently generated high quality leads. Averaged 1.2 appointment sets per hour. • 315 Design/Sales appointments booked and produced another 70 leads. 

• Booked over $400K in new sales. 

• Set up the booth, transported display items, & tore down after events. 

3. Digital Marketing Executive WebsiteNEO-Kent, OH May 2019 to March 2020 B2B sales. Sold new website builds and digital marketing plans to business owners. Included a 4 to 24-page website, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, E-Commerce, Visualizers, and printed marketing materials. Produced 100 new leads per week, set 15 appointments on the phone, and traveled to and attended sales appointments. Specialized in Roofing and Home Improvement companies. The company created all new pricing plans for Roofing Contractors based on my success. 

• Sold over $216,000 in new Websites and digital marketing plans. 

• Sold a 3-year contract, at $14,998, to a home improvement company in Millersburg, OH. 

• Average sale was a 2-year contract, worth $6,900. 

• Sold and serviced a total of 53 clients. Increased home improvement clientele by 140%.

4. Marketer/Sales Dial America-Fairlawn, OH January 2019 to April 2019 B2C sales. Sold and reactivated Sirius XM Satellite Radio accounts for customers. Made 3,000 plus outbound phone calls per week. Executed all sales scripts, legal compliance, and necessary steps to complete the sale. 

• Named Sirius XM Agent of the Month for both January & February 2019. 

• Was 183% of sales goal during the week of March 10 - 16. • Posted 428 new sales during a 9-week period. 

• Consistently at 128% of sales per hour goal and 99.5% schedule adherence. 

5. VP of Sales and Marketing NuEra Care-Akron, OH November 2014 to December 2018 Managed an $8M advertising budget. B2B and B2C sales. Responsible for the creation and deployment of multi-source marketing & advertising campaigns for a pharmaceutical marketing & billing company. Created the business from scratch-built out the office, assembled office equipment, and launched. Developed and placed ads in periodicals, newspapers, direct mail, and on radio. Developed and managed advertising budgets that exceeded $45K per month. Hired and trained sales & service staff. 

• Built business from zero members to over 3,600 in 18 months. Creating over $1M in annual revenue & helping consumers reduce medication costs. 

• Reduced customer acquisition cost from $1,200 per member, to $55 per member in 4 months. Achieved $35 per member in some publications. 

• Developed social media strategy through Twitter and Facebook. Reached over 5,000 followers, creating new business.
