About Randy Morton:

As a manufacturing expert I specialize in process design, systems engineering, product design, quality control and optimization as a whole. Being metric and KPI driven I am able to step into any circumstance and revamp processes and operational procedures for the better. When faced with challenges I am bulletproof because of my determination and resilience. I establish myself as a leader and partner working with a team executing positive transformation within the company.

I have spent the bulk of my career programming and setting up CNC machines which allowed me to learn this trade inside and out. Due to my outstanding performance and commitment I accepted a position as a mechanical engineer where I was able to obtain 1,000 hours of training on multiple cam programs. Within my first ninety days in this position I created implementations saving over $15,000. I pride myself in my knowledge allowing me to create and implement the necessary bridges to deliver success across all levels. The collaborative efforts with shop floor personnel and management have enabled us to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic industry. My recent responsibility for tooling procurement and process design has contributed to our team's ability to meet and surpass performance goals. I am driven by the pursuit of excellence and the continuous improvement of our operations, ensuring that whatever facility I am a part of remains at the forefront of manufacturing innovation.

I am fortunate that throughout my career I've had my hand in every part of multiple manufacturing processes from creation of product's to implementation and critiquing of the production processes, development of appropriate production quotas that meet production goals, creation and assembly of products and the distribution of them to the customer's or third-party retailers. My expertise in precision machining and methods engineering has been critical in developing innovative solutions for manufacturing challenges. By leveraging advanced CAM programs, I have honed my skills to create detailed set-up sheets and design effective manufacturing processes.

I believe my professional differentiator is my ability to analyze, identify, and implement process improvements along with forward-thinking strategies that will boost efficiency within most any facility. I am driven to find and implement goals within the manufacturing arena as a whole to reduce production downtime and increase production output. I am eager to bring expertise like this to a company committed to manufacturing excellence and innovation.
