I started off at my fourth grade graduation looking out amongst the crowd and saying I wanna be a teacher when I grow up and here I am now in my first childcare job just getting done with the temporary clothes teacher for Kendal Of Hanover now looking for her next job. I love working with children and I absolutely love how much light they bring to the classroom and help write their mind. And how creative created their imaginations are I have gotten to work with ages six months all the way up to five years old with this first temporary job that I have gotten to work I have learned about the different developmental stages of each room, which is our infant toddler in our free forest. I’ve also learn how to have a difficult teaching approach while still enforcing good behavior and rules I am a very bubbly and loved to have fun kind of person, but when it comes down to focusing and paying attention I work very hard with especially our preschool student to help them. Focus better on different skills that they are currently working. I have also learned the proper protocol of diaper changing and potty stuff. I have also done nap time and putting children to sleep with all ages that I have worked with which is six months to five years old and how to approach a kid if they are unable to sleep and what I should do in that situation I have also worked in customer service and I’ve worked in fast food and I started working my first job at 15 years old, and I have always tried to be a very hard worker and very focused on the task at hand and very calm and collected when something happens or a kid falls and bumps their head or trips and scrapes their knee, so I have definitely learned how to have a very calm and calming mindset for the children.

I started off in retail and customer service at 15 years old at Hubert’s in West Lebanon then I went on to work at a fast food restaurant, which was Dunkin and I worked there from 15 until just after I turned 16 then I went on to work at the co-op food store Lebanon then I took a little bit of time off after graduation and I was a temporary float teacher for the last three months at Kendal Of Hanover and now I am per dm for the same center, and now I am currently looking for my next childcare position

Mine was probably high school school. I took a child development class my freshman year of high school and then I helped other people with their childcare classes and their child development classes because I had a lot of friends that were struggling to understand the curriculum and then at Kendal Of Hanover I got CPR trained and I’ve learned proper protocol here at my current job that how to properly cut stuff up to avoid choking hazards and how to react in first aid situations
