    Job title: Home Health Physical Therapist

    Description

    At BAYADA Home Health Care, we're seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Home Health Physical Therapists. This rewarding role involves working with clients in their homes, crafting personalized treatment plans and utilizing innovative techniques to help them reach their goals.

    About the Role:

    • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, transfer status, stability and balance testing
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training and other interventions
    • Educate clients on rehabilitative care activities promoting independent living

    This position offers a unique opportunity for physical therapists (PTs) who are passionate about delivering quality patient-centered care. As part of our team you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare group providing skilled nursing services that empower individuals to remain at home.
