My recent doctorate in education leadership has strengthened my ability to drive systemic change, implement policies, and advocate for equity in education. Combining my counseling expertise with leadership skills, I am committed to fostering student success and shaping effective educational practices at school and district levels.
Education
I recently graduated from Holy Cross University with a doctorate in Executive Leadership, further enhancing my ability to drive meaningful change in education. This advanced degree has equipped me with the skills to develop and implement effective policies, lead organizational improvements, and advocate for equity and student success. Building on my extensive experience as a school counselor and educator, I am committed to applying my leadership expertise to create positive, lasting impacts in schools and educational systems.
