Rachel Crivelli

After a long sabbatical from the workforce and raising children, I have been working part-time for the past year in customer service for an upscale wine storage facility.  My previous jobs were in the real estate finance field and I’ve been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years.  I’m currently seeking a part-time position that may align with my 5 year goal to be back in real estate finance with a financial institution.  I am passionate about customer service and finding ways to help people by recommending services or products.  If they aren’t looking for that, I try to just have a happy interaction.  I feel that I’m great at building a rapport and making people feel good.  When a client leaves or I’m done chatting on the telephone, I hope to of made a positive impression that transfers to the company I represent. 

Although most of my professional experience in finance was years ago, I have held a customer service position for the past year, and I love interacting with clients.  

If a degree is relevant, I have a BA in Public Administration from SDSU.  I’ve continued renewing my California real estate license  the past 20 plus years as well.
