I am also formally educated in Food Service Management and Menu Development, and have hands-on experience working in high-volume kitchen environments.

I have over seven years of culinary and hospitality experience, including managing daily operations for Versallies Food Truck, where I handled menu development, food preparation, inventory, customer service, and compliance with all food safety standards. From 2018 to 2023, I worked as a self-employed caterer, creating customized menus, overseeing all food preparation, and delivering high-quality service for private clients and events. Earlier in my career, I worked at the Courtyard by Marriott, where I supervised a team of employees, trained staff in culinary techniques and safety procedures, and maintained brand-standard kitchen operations. My background includes high-volume cooking, kitchen management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding strict sanitation standards.

Completed high school through Penn Foster, where I also earned certifications in Culinary Arts and Gourmet Cooking. Additionally, I hold ServSafe Food Manager certification, demonstrating strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
