Earlier in my career, I worked at the Courtyard by Marriott, where I supervised a team of employees, trained staff in culinary techniques and safety procedures, and maintained brand-standard kitchen operations. My background includes high-volume cooking, kitchen management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding strict sanitation standards.
