With a Master's degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, I've honed my skills in optimizing payroll processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and successfully managing diverse projects. I have over a decade of experience in various roles related to payroll, staffing analysis, and operations management. My journey began as an Operations Manager at Bally Total Fitness, where I oversaw hiring processes and managed operational budgets. I then transitioned to roles such as General Manager at NYSC and Senior People Operations Manager at 24-Hour Fitness, where I focused on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. Currently, as a Staffing Analyst at Northwell Health, I lead payroll processing and auditing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated a strong track record of optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving project success within established timelines and budgets.

I hold a Master of Health Administration from Capella University, earned in June 2023,  Additionally, I possess a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York College, obtained in January 2016.
