I have a strong background in healthcare with experience in patient care, medical documentation, and administrative processes. I worked as a CNA for about 10 years on the cancer floor at my local hospital, where I developed a deep understanding of patient needs and the importance of accurate medical records. Transitioning into medical coding and billing, I have gained expertise in coding procedures, insurance claims, and electronic health records management. With my AAS in Medical Coding and Billing from Charter College and certifications in Electronic Health Records and soon Coding and Billing from the National Healthcare Association, I am committed to accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining patient confidentiality in healthcare documentation.
