I am a Data Analyst and Statistician with over 8 years of experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, and reporting across various sectors, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals. In my most recent role as a Statistician at Plan International, I analyzed healthcare program performance, identified trends in costs and clinical outcomes, and developed data validation methods to ensure the accuracy of reports. I have a proven track record of using statistical tools such as R, SPSS, and Stata to conduct advanced analyses, create actionable insights, and optimize operational strategies. My experience includes designing and managing research projects, preparing ad-hoc and periodic reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve program efficiency and decision-making.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Mathematics (Statistics option) from the Pan African University, Institute for Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation in Nairobi, Kenya, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.71. My academic journey provided in-depth training in advanced econometrics, statistical modeling, regression analysis, time series, and data analytics, among other areas. I also gained proficiency in data programming (R, LaTeX), which equipped me with the tools necessary for complex data analysis. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Operations Research and Statistics from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe, further strengthening my foundation in statistical inference, econometrics, and multivariate analysis.
