Paxton Tait is currently an independent consultant. With over 12 years of Customer Engagement (CE / CRM) and business application experience in new implementations, upgrades, and system conversions; his roles of participation range from an internal stakeholder, technical/developer, functional/Analyst, and Project lead/Solution Architect.

Paxton’s CE specific background originates on the functional side of solution implementations as an internal subject matter expert. Dealing with company culture and departmental transformation from a top down approach.

Years of agile project experience of creating viable solutions which maximize the Dynamics 365/xRM platform designed to fit client’s needs across their organization. Additionally, Paxton has depth of experience enhancing, maintaining, migrating and troubleshooting existing on-prem, online and hybrid environments.
