Paxton Schaller

I am a 29 year old woman who is looking to get into a career that will give me joy, fulfillment, and a possible life long career.  I enjoy working with people and love to organize and keep things in order.  My passions are helping those in need, be it animals that have no voice or humans that need help and courage along their paths.  

Martins Super Market (2011-2022):   I worked as a cashier where I provided customer service, handled money, kept my work area clean and organized, provided a safe space for my customers and my employees, all while making sure that I worked at a fast pace to better please my customers. 

Round Barn Estate (2012-2023):   I did a variety of jobs at Round Barn Winery.  Round Barn is a destination winery in Southwest Michigan, we would see up to 1,000 customers a day.  My job responsibilities included making sure everything that could be prepared ahead of time was taken care, customer service, table service, bartender, employee lead, and stepping in wherever was needed.

The Strand:  I worked as a bartender at The Strand for one season, this was also a fast paced customer service environment.  This involved keeping a clean work environment, making sure things were ready for the day and for the next shift.  I was tasked with making sure drinks were getting to my customers in a timely manner and that they were all pleased with the end result.
 

I obtained an associates degree in Social Work through Southwestern Michigan University. I also attended Western Michigan University for 2 years 2018-2020
