Estefania Guzman

I am a senior currently attending Gilmer High with the intention of graduating in May, as well as attending College of Coastal Georgia for the fall semester. I started working my sophomore year as a 15 year old, and have been working since then. I began working at Charlie's Italian as a busser, and eventually made my way up to be a hostess. I worked a full year, and a half before I quit to began working towards gaining hours for an agricultural degree I'm hoping to receive this April. I also have half a year of experience in Housekeeping and Guest Services, I'm currently employed at Talona Ridge RV Resort. I see myself as a very outgoing person with a whole ton of availability. 

I began working at Charlie's as a Busser, and made my way up as a Hostess eventually. My main tasks were to sit guests at tables, to clean tables, to set tables, to take to-go orders, answer phone calls, and estimate wait times. I am now currently working towards my experience with Guest Services and Housekeeping. My main tasks at Talona Ridge are to answer phone calls, help guests book reservations as well as help them make any changes to existing reservations, technical skills such as copying and printing, and keeping our office clean and welcoming.

I am a senior in Highschool, and will be graduating in May. Afterwards, I plan on moving out of town to get my bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
